The Vanmaster

The response to the Vanmaster continues to be overwhelming.

From lay-by and town centre trading to shows and events the Vanmaster is a flexible alternative to a catering trailer.
The AJC Vanmaster is built on a new 2.2ltr HDI diesel Peugeot or Fiat chassis cab which comes with 12 months road fund license and 3 year manufacturer’s warranty.
Alternatively for a more modest budget we offer the Vanmaster on ex BT 190 diesel chassis cabs which have a valid MOT, 6 months road fund license and 3 month mechanical warranty. Both versions have a stylish new 15mm bonded GRP or 20mm insulated GRP body built to the same high standard specification as the Trademaster.
Our standard Vanmaster is available between 11’ / 3.4m and 13’ / 4m.

The V Class

For customers requiring a lower floor level more in line with a conventional trailer and body length between 12ft / 3.6m and 19ft / 5.8m (max internal sizes are 5.68m x 2.2m).
We offer the V Class super low-level chassis Conversion.
For this system a new specialist 2.2ltr HDI or 3ltr HDI Peugeot Zuckoff van is supplied. As standard this incorporates built in AL-KO corner steadies, spare wheel carrier, extended wing mirrors and tachograph where required.

Our new Ultimate 36mm insulated 5 element GRP panel is used as the body in conjunction with a one piece GRP weather proof floor. The Al-KO super low-level is available with single or tandem rear axles giving a gross vehicle weight between 3500Kg and a new increased 5000Kg. The V Class conversion can be further enhanced by fitting an optional aerodynamic cab cowling.

In addition to the Vanmaster spec the V Class includes the following.
